  • Delivered a turnkey process exhaust system (PEX) covering engineering, design, supply, erection, and commissioning
  • Integrated scrubbers, bag filters, activated carbon towers, and stacks into a unified APC system
  • Designed to capture and treat acidic gases, silane dust, VOCs, alkalis, and heavy metals
  • Implemented at India’s largest 4 GW solar PV cell and module manufacturing plant
Result

Result 

  • Achieved emissions well within regulatory limits for hazardous gases such as HCl, HF, and Cl₂.
  • Delivered ~80% VOC removal efficiency
  • Enabled a safer, cleaner manufacturing environment
  • Established a milestone for indigenous APC solutions in India’s solar manufacturing sector
