Air-Cooled Heat Exchanger (ACHE) provides efficient, water-free heat dissipation by transferring heat from process fluids to ambient air using advanced finned tube and fan technology. Its modular, compact design allows easy installation and scalability, while corrosion-resistant materials ensure long life and low maintenance. By eliminating water use, chemical treatment and blowdown losses, ACHE delivers reliable, cost-effective cooling suitable for power, oil and gas, petrochemical, metals and manufacturing industries, particularly in water-scarce or remote locations. By conserving natural resources and reducing environmental impact, ACHE supports sustainability and operational efficiency.

  • Energy Source: Ambient Air (forced draft or induced draft fans powered by electricity)

  • Flexibility/Customisation Options: Horizontal or vertical air discharge, multiple fan configurations, fin material (aluminium), tube material (carbon steel, SS) and modular construction for capacity scaling
  • Temperature Range: Inlet Fluid: Up to 200°C; Outlet Fluid: depends on ambient, typically 5°C to 15°C approach
