Pulverised Fuel Supercritical and Ultra-Supercritical Boilers
High-efficiency, spiral wound furnace, variable pressure, once-through boiler system with rapid startup for safe and reliable steam generation of supercritical and ultra-supercritical parameters
Submit your enquiryHigh-efficiency supercritical boilers with a proven spiral wound design ensure efficient heat transfer under variable loads, using finely pulverised coal for large-scale steam generation
The Spiral Wound Furnace (SWUP) boiler is engineered for uniform tube temperatures and optimised heat transfer across all zones. The robust design ensures exceptional operational flexibility with flexible operation modes for base and cyclic load, optimised reheater performance through a split back pass, and versatile opposed-wall firing across a broad variable pressure range. Enhanced with low NOx systems, rapid startup and high-performance pulverisers, this boiler maximises performance, reliability, and long-term operational efficiency.
