InstaHeat is a compact, packaged, instantaneous hot water generator that utilises steam as an indirect heating medium within a highly efficient plate heat exchanger.

It delivers hot water precisely at the required temperature, quantity, and quality, regardless of fluctuating load conditions. By ensuring precise temperature control and efficient condensate removal, InstaHeat enhances system efficiency, reduces warm-up times, and provides hot water on demand, leading to significant energy savings and operational flexibility. In various industrial and commercial settings, a reliable and instant supply of hot water at a precise temperature is crucial. Traditional methods often involve large storage tanks, leading to significant warm-up times, energy losses, and space constraints. InstaHeat addresses these challenges by offering a modern, instantaneous solution. It works by passing steam through one side of a plate heat exchanger while the process water flows through the other, ensuring rapid and efficient heat transfer without direct contact. The integrated PID-based control system continuously monitors and adjusts the steam flow to maintain the desired hot water temperature, even under variable load conditions. Its design also incorporates efficient condensate removal, further optimising heat recovery and overall system performance.
Key Industries / Applications:Industries: Pharmaceutical, food & beverage, hotels and hospitals, breweries, and any industry requiring consistent and on-demand hot water Applications: Process hot water for washing, sterilisation, heating jacketed vessels, domestic hot water supply, and other applications where precise temperature control and instantaneous availability of hot water are critical
