TBWES pinhole grate boilers feature water-cooled stationary grate, efficient ash removal, and optimised combustion for various challenging fuels.

Engineered for demanding industrial applications, our boilers minimise emissions, maximise energy recovery, and ensure stable, long-term operation. Precision over-fire air injection and optimised grate configurations provide exceptional combustion efficiency. Strategically placed steam nozzles enable online ash removal without pressure drops. This robust design also allows for hot air intake up to 250°C, ensuring smooth combustion, even for high-moisture bagasse and low-ash fuels.

Product features

Static, water-cooled grate design
A stationary, inclined water-cooled grate design eliminates moving parts in the furnace, preventing mechanical failures and reducing maintenance
Efficient on-line ash removal & combustion enhancement
Steam nozzles enable simplified on-line ash removal without boiler pressure drops, simultaneously agitating fuel to reduce unburnt carbon loss
Economical for high-capacity boilers
This offers an economical and viable solution, particularly well-suited for high-capacity boiler applications
High-temperature air combustion capability
Efficiently handles preheated air up to 250°C, ensuring smooth and effective fuel combustion
High-moisture bagasse combustion
Inherently designed for and highly capable of efficiently burning high-moisture bagasse
Complete volatile combustion with overfire air
An overfire air system provides essential turbulence and thorough mixing of volatile gases, assuring complete combustion
Uniform fuel distribution
An adequate number of feeders ensures consistent and uniform distribution of fuel across the grate
Optimised for low-ash fuels
Particularly suitable for biomass fuels
90% on NCV Up to 560°C Up to 160 kg/cm²(g)
