Advanced Reverse Osmosis (ARO) is a novel technology for brine valorisation.
The technology can not only recover salts but also enhance the recovery of water. The higher water recovery can reduce the load on MEE (multi-effect evaporator), reducing lifecycle costs and carbon footprint of ZLD.

- Higher recovery rates (up to 85–90%) compared to conventional RO
- Incorporates energy recovery devices (ERDs) for reduced power usage
