Compact Pressurised Condensate Recovery System (CPCRS)
Smart, space-saving condensate recovery for higher energy efficiency
Submit your enquiryThe Compact Pressurised Condensate Recovery System (CPCRS) is a closed-loop, ready-to-install skid-mounted solution that combines a flash vessel and condensate transfer pump into one compact system.
Designed to recover condensate at temperatures above 100°C, the CPCRS ensures efficient thermal recovery, footprint reduction, and reliable condensate management across industrial applications.CPCRS offers a highly efficient method to recover and reuse high-temperature condensate, improving overall energy efficiency while minimising heat losses. Its integrated design makes it ideal for retrofit and greenfield projects alike. The system is widely applicable in industries such as pharmaceuticals, textiles, food and beverages, chemicals, and pulp & paper, where steam systems are central to operations. With minimal space requirements and easy installation, CPCRS supports sustainability goals through reduced steam consumption and lower fuel usage.
