By optimising surface blowdown, it helps prevent scale formation and corrosion while reducing energy and water losses associated with manual or inefficient practices.SABCO delivers precise, automated control of boiler water quality. Unlike manual blowdown methods that can be inconsistent and wasteful, SABCO continuously measures the conductivity (linked to TDS) of the boiler water. When TDS levels rise above a set point, the system automatically opens a blowdown valve just enough to maintain optimal water chemistry.
