Submit your enquiry

Bi-Drum (PowerMax) is a robust bi-drum water tube boiler delivering high-pressure steam for process heat and cogeneration.

It is engineered for continuous, high-pressure steam generation for high-capacity process heat and cogeneration applications. Its membrane water wall furnace ensures stable operation even with choking fuels, while low water content enables quick response to load fluctuations. Designed for reliability and efficiency, it supports both biomass and fossil fuels across demanding industrial environments.

Technical data

  • Operating range: Steam output: Up to 60 TPH
  • Design pressure: Up to 80 kg/cm²(g)
  • Fuel type or energy sources: Wide variety of green and conventional fuels, including biomass briquettes, wood chips, coal, and biomass pellets
  • Combustion technology: Reciprocating grate, travelling grate, and fluidised bed
