Our rotary airlock valve, EFFILOCK® is engineered for high performance and durability in demanding dust handling applications. Designed with a robust closed rotor and rugged cast iron construction, it ensures longer equipment life and superior wear resistance, even in harsh environments.
EFFILOCK® is suitable for handling a wide range of dust types, including fly ash, coal, clinker dust, raw and finished cement materials, ferrous and non-ferrous particulates, and biomass. With the ability to handle bulk densities from 250 to 1400 kg/m³ and operate at temperatures up to 300°C, the RAV is built for continuous outdoor service, providing efficient and durable performance in demanding dust-handling operations.
