A large information technology facility required an efficient and reliable cooling solution to improve process performance and address recurring scaling issues in its heat exchangers. The existing cooling arrangement was impacting system efficiency and increasing maintenance requirements.

Thermax evaluated the application requirements and recommended a closed loop cooling tower solution to enhance operational efficiency, ensure equipment reliability, and support sustainable cooling operations.

  • SS304 coil bundles and AZ150 casing and basin for enhanced corrosion resistance and durability
  • CTI-certified system ensuring performance reliability
  • Capability to circulate water directly to AHUs (air handling units) during extreme cold conditions, meeting HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) load requirements
  • Integration with electrical screw chillers to improve overall cooling efficiency
